Can't Get Enough Peach Cobbler

Everyone's favorite peach classic made easy.


Ingredients:

Filling: 1/2 cup (4 oz.) Kozy Shack Tapioca Pudding
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
pinch of ground cloves
1 pre-made prepared 5" pie crust
1 cup of canned peaches (drained)
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
Cobble Mixture: 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 oz. (1/2 graham cracker) graham crackers (crumbled),
2 tablespoons of sweet butter (melted)

Preparation:

Pre-heat oven to 425°F. To make cobbler mixture, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and crumbled graham crackers in a bowl. Add melted better, mix well, and hold. To prepare filling, mix Kozy Shack Tapioca Pudding, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves in a bowl. Spread mixture evenly into pie shell. Fan peach slices over center of pudding. Spread cobble mixture over peaches. Place on baking sheet and bake 10 - 12 minutes or until browned. Let stand for 2-3 minutes and serve on plate of choice.
