Everyone's favorite peach classic made easy. ![]() ![]() Ingredients:
Filling: 1/2 cup (4 oz.) Kozy Shack Tapioca Pudding
Preparation:Pre-heat oven to 425°F. To make cobbler mixture, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and crumbled graham crackers in a bowl. Add melted better, mix well, and hold. To prepare filling, mix Kozy Shack Tapioca Pudding, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves in a bowl. Spread mixture evenly into pie shell. Fan peach slices over center of pudding. Spread cobble mixture over peaches. Place on baking sheet and bake 10 - 12 minutes or until browned. Let stand for 2-3 minutes and serve on plate of choice.
