Chocolate Pudding Mousse

A lush serving of smooth chocolate to savor.

Ingredients:

2 3/4 cups (22 oz.) Kozy Shack Chocolate Pudding
1 cup whipped cream
6 mini graham cracker crusts
1 sprig of mint
Fresh raspberries

Preparation:

Fold Kozy Shack Chocolate Pudding with whipped cream. Spoon mixture into a mini graham cracker crust. Add a dollop of whipped cream and raspberry for garnish.
