Delectable Brownie Delight

Bring brownies and fruit together for simple satisfaction.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup (2 oz.) Kozy Shack Banana Pudding
4 tablespoons of whipped topping
3 oz. wedge cut in half brownie (or cake of choice)
Garnish: 2 whole fresh raspberries
3 whole fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder for dusting

Preparation:

Fold Kozy Shack Banana Pudding with whipped cream to make mousse, spoon onto center of plate. Arrange wedges of brownie or cake of choice on top of mousse. Place raspberries and blueberries on plate as garnish. Dust entire place with cocoa powder.
