Mocha Tapioca Pudding

Coffee and caramel make this a crowd pleaser.


Ingredients:

6 1/2 cups (4 lbs.) Kozy Shack Tapioca Pudding
2/3 cup coffee (cooled)
2 Tbs. vanilla extract
Toasted chopped walnuts
Caramel sauce

Preparation:

Place Kozy Shack Tapioca Pudding into a large mixing bowl. Add cooled coffee and vanilla extract; mix well. Spoon pudding mixture into individual dessert dishes. Top with caramel sauce and toasted chopped walnuts and serve.
