Orange Liqueur Rice Pudding

A fluffy blend of raspberry and orange accents.


Ingredients:

1/2 cup (4 oz.) Kozy Shack Rice Pudding
1/2 oz. orange zest
1 1/2 oz. heavy cream
1 oz. raspberry sauce
1 chocolate shell
1 oz. crème fraiche/sour cream
1/2 oz. orange liqueur

Preparation:

Spoon thin layer of raspberry sauce over the entire bottom of the plate. Mix heavy cream with either crème fraiche or sour cream, depending on your individual taste. Dollop nickel size portions of the cream mixture around the plate and use a tooth pick to pull the cream mixture into heart shape designs. Mix Kozy Shack Rice Pudding, orange liqueur and orange zest. Fold in remaining cream mixture to fluff up the dense pudding. Serve in a chocolate shell.
