Creamy, raspberry flavor with a touch of crunch. ![]() ![]() Ingredients:
Filling: 1/2 cup (4 oz.) Kozy Shack Rice Pudding
Preparation:Pre-heat oven to 375°F. To make crumble mixture, mix puffed rice, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon in bowl. Set aside. Mix Kozy Shack Rice Pudding, raspberries, and simple syrup together. Spoon into a 4 or 6 oz. baking dish and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle 4 tablespoons of crumble mixture over top and place in oven. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, let sit 2 - 3 minutes before serving. Garnish and serve.
