Flaky pastry full of sweet pudding filling. ![]() ![]() Ingredients:
2 3/4 cups (22 oz.) Kozy Shack Chocolate Pudding
Preparation:Profiterole Dough: Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat water and butter in a saucepan. After bringing to a rolling boil vigorously stir in flour. After approximately 1-2 minutes a ball will form - remove from heat. Beat and stir eggs one at a time into cooled mixture. Beat mixture until smooth. Spoon a tablespoon of dough onto a sheet pan - separate 3 inches apart. Bake at 400°F for 35 - 40 minutes. When profiteroles have cooled (or if using pre-made profiteroles), slice and fill with Kozy Shack Chocolate Pudding or Kozy Shack Vanilla Pudding. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and chocolate sauce if desired. Preparation time:60 minutes Yield:approximately 40 profiteroles ![]() |
