Pudding Profiteroles

Flaky pastry full of sweet pudding filling.


Ingredients:

2 3/4 cups (22 oz.) Kozy Shack Chocolate Pudding
2 3/4 cups (22 oz.) Kozy Shack Vanilla Pudding
Profiterole dough (pre-made profiteroles may be used)
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs
Salt (to taste)
Powdered sugar and/or chocolate sauce

Preparation:

Profiterole Dough: Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat water and butter in a saucepan. After bringing to a rolling boil vigorously stir in flour. After approximately 1-2 minutes a ball will form - remove from heat. Beat and stir eggs one at a time into cooled mixture. Beat mixture until smooth. Spoon a tablespoon of dough onto a sheet pan - separate 3 inches apart. Bake at 400°F for 35 - 40 minutes. When profiteroles have cooled (or if using pre-made profiteroles), slice and fill with Kozy Shack Chocolate Pudding or Kozy Shack Vanilla Pudding. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and chocolate sauce if desired.
