Tantalizing Tartlet

A fruit and pudding filled pastry that's sure to tempt.


Ingredients:

1/2 cup (4 oz) Kozy Shack Vanilla Pudding
1 5-inch pre-made mini tart shell
4 slices fresh strawberry
4 whole fresh raspberries
8 whole fresh blueberries
3 segments of drained canned mandarin oranges
3 slices of fresh kiwi
1 tablespoon of canned apricot glaze

Preparation:

Bring apricot glaze to boil and hold warm. Fill tart shell with Kozy Shack Vanilla Pudding. Arrange strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, mandarin orange segments and kiwi on tart. Gently brush fruit with warm glaze.
