Tasty Tapioca Ambrosia

Satisfy your sweet tooth with this orange-pineapple treat.


Ingredients:

1/2 cup (4 oz.) Kozy Shack Tapioca Pudding
4 segments of drained canned mandarin oranges
5 pieces of drained canned pineapple chunks
1 tablespoon of toasted chopped walnuts
2 halved maraschino cherries
1 tablespoon of mini marshmellows
Garnish: 1 teaspoon of shredded coconut
1 sprig of mint leaf

Preparation:

In a bowl, gently fold all ingredients, minus shredded coconut. Place in sundae dish and garnish with coconut and mint leaf.
