Tropicolada Shake

A creamy blend of coconut and fruit.


Ingredients:

1/2 cup (4 oz.) Kozy Shack Rice Pudding
2 tablespoons of canned coconut milk
1 tablespoon of light brown sugar
3 whole fresh strawberries
5 segments of drained canned mandarin oranges
1/8 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 cubes of ice
Garnish: 1 whole fresh strawberry

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Pour into a milkshake glass and garnish with strawberry.
