Dark Chocolate Fondue

Warm, rich and luscious. Don’t worry – it only tastes guilty!


Ingredients:

If you haven’t heard, fondue is back! Great for parties and get-togethers, this quick and easy recipe is guaranteed to put a smile on everyone’s face.

22 oz. Kozy Shack No Sugar Added Chocolate Pudding
1 ounce unsweetened bakers chocolate, chopped fine
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Sliced apples, whole strawberries, sliced bananas, pineapple chunks and cherries

Preparation:

1. Add pudding, chocolate, and vanilla to a double boiler (use a bowl that fits on top of a sauce pot, half full of water. (use caution when touching the edges of the bowl)*
2. Stir mixture over medium heat until the chocolate melts
3. Serve in fondue pot or serving bowl with sliced fruits

     *If double boiler not available
     1. Chop bakers chocolate very fine
     2. Place pudding in microwave safe bowl
     3. Mix chocolate with pudding
     4. Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds
     5. Stir pudding every 30 seconds until completely dissolved
     6. Serve in fondue pot or serving bowl with sliced fruits
