Mango-Papaya Rice Ambrosia

A healthy snack the whole party can enjoy.


Ingredients:

16 oz. Kozy Shack No Sugar Added rice pudding
3.5 oz. light coconut milk
6 oz. can of diced mango
6 oz. can of diced papaya or pineapple

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, mix pudding and coconut milk
2. Spoon mixture into martini glasses
3. Top with fresh mango and papaya
4. Serve and enjoy
